I saw the CNBC news that "Apartment sales in Manhattan plunged by 46% in the third quarter, as homebuyers continued to flow to the suburbs and Florida, according to new real estate reports." https:www.cnbc.com/2020/10/02/manhattan-apartment-sales-tumble-46percent-leaving-10000-unsold-apartments.html The way NY is managed is just terrible, and this is bad for our REITs in NY. - Jon7421 - 2020-10-02 16:51:57 PDT

The public non-listed REIT New York City REIT, recently became a publically listed REIT with symbol #NYC on the NYSE. The company has a diversified office property portfolio across the 5 boroughs of NYC. This may be a tough time for property owners in NY and to be listed on the market, but let us hope #NYC finds some good investment opportunities during this period. - LLNN - 2020-10-03 08:47:59 PDT

I’m not sure it helped build confidence. There was a lot of confusion with all the back and forth, and I don’t think Americans are more confident about what is true or not regarding timelines. I do think investor’s though are confident about the stock market and the economy getting back on track. - LLNN - 2020-09-30 09:51:15 PDT
