I guess I lost my investment on #RASF, glad I had invested little when it already was a penny stock. I learned my lesson here. Overall, I don’t feel confident investing in mortgage REITs. - Sem_Sem - 2019-08-31 22:34:18 PDT

Hi Rocco64, #NLY declared $0.25 again this quarter so it is the second quarter they are now paying this value, and has not further lowered the dividends as we were fearing. - Faston - 2019-09-09 17:10:33 PDT

Similar to the discussion on #NLY, I had invested in #CLNY (Colony Capital) when it was at around $10/share if I had seen how poor the metrics on this REIT were instead of getting excited about the company’s presentation I could have saved my money from a 60% loss. - Fyryr - 2019-09-03 21:31:51 PDT

I was long on #NLY but since their cut from 0.30 to $0.25 dividends I don’t trust that another cut won’t eventually come. I may sell my shares instead of holding for rebound. - Rocco64 - 2019-09-02 19:36:41 PDT

Hi Sem_Sem, I get you. The mREITs are riskier than eREITs. Annaly #NLY is one I have own for a long time but the price continues to lose value and the dividends don’t feel stabilized. - Omick99 - 2019-09-01 18:36:50 PDT
