The Federal Reserve Bank of New York added today $70.1 billion in temporary liquidity to financial markets and we saw the DOW gain almost 200 points. I’m concerned what will happen when the FEDs remove that liquidity from the market again. - Omick99 - 2019-12-04 12:50:11 PDT

I started a position on #CCI. Plan to hold it for a couple of years or more depending on performance, but I expect that dividends will continue to rise. - 777i - 2019-11-29 22:07:28 PDT

The market has rebounded this morning. The S&P500 and Nasdaq hit record highs. Most of the REIT stocks that I’m tracking this morning on my dashboard are green with over with some over 1%+ gain already this morning. - Gekko5 - 2019-11-25 08:03:02 PDT

PS Business Parks #PSB is 10% below its highest price point this year. I won’t buy yet, I think PSB’s price will go down more before it normalizes. - LLNN - 2019-11-24 09:46:15 PDT

The meteoric rise and fall of PS Business Parks’ stock price (from $193 to $266 back to $212) during 2019 is the kind of thing that stresses me out about investing in companies with high price-to-AFFO multiples and low dividend yield. Some invest in #PSB accepting low dividend yield for the hope that the REIT is strong enough to sustain steady price growth. This, however, is an example of a stock that grew too fast in 2019 and now is losing the ground, while paying a low dividend yield. - Fifthtime - 2019-11-28 09:52:57 PDT

Stocks for the best performing and ranked REITs are still so high even after the price decrease this week. I will wait. - RoTtom - 2019-11-22 10:58:16 PDT

W.P.Carey at $83 has retreated a lot from its level highs just over a month ago. The market loves WPC; its 52-week high price may just have gotten ahead of itself. - Kenbeertt - 2019-11-23 13:49:01 PDT
