I wanted to buy more #PLYM shares this week but unlike other REIT prices, this week PLYM stayed stable. So I opted to put my money it to stocks that are seeing its price deflate like Realty Income #O. I still hope to buy more Plymouth soon. - CapitalKing - 2019-12-14 11:21:45 PDT

Funds from Operations attributable to common stockholders and unit holders (“FFO”) of $0.50 per weighted average common share and units; and Adjusted FFO (“AFFO”) of $0.43 per weighted average common share and units. FFO and AFFO per weighted average common share. AFFO improved from $0.42 in Q3 2018. I’m happy with this. #PLYM is small but on the move! - Rocco64 - 2019-10-24 12:09:35 PDT

Douglas Emmett, Inc. is still reasonably priced since from March 2019 it hasn’t show as strong growth as a competitor. DEI’s REITRating is looking good (not excellent), the disadvantage is the low dividend yield and IMO the stock prices may not continue to grow as fast as other REITs. - CapitalKing - 2019-10-23 18:07:06 PDT

Global Net Lease still has a low price multiple which may be due to its unsustainable dividend payout ratio. I would not be surprised if #GNL needs to cut its dividend value. - Fyryr - 2019-10-23 16:55:39 PDT

Great to see this acquisition by #PLYM seems like a great property “The 484,879-square-foot industrial building on Sam Jones Expressway is 100% leased and located in the Southwest submarket in close proximity to the Indianapolis International Airport. The property serves as the national headquarters for Phoenix Material Management, a provider of container management solutions to manufacturers and distributors, and includes California-based Quemetco Inc. as a tenant, a subsidiary of RSR Corporation that recycles lead-based batteries.” - LLNN - 2019-06-11 08:55:31 PDT

Simon Property Group (#SPG) is an impressive REIT, it continues to grow its Funds From Operations (FFO) and dividends year over year, yet I still have a hard time paying so much for this company. To be honest it is not unreasonably priced at 13x FFO. Yet with everything going on with malls and store closures it is hard for me to pull the trigger on this one. - CapitalKing - 2019-05-30 22:03:29 PDT

Hi @CapitalKing, #SPG is doing a lot of good things, one of my concerns though is its leverage, which is higher than most REITs. It surprisingly has a healthy interest coverage ratio. - LLNN - 2019-06-23 04:08:34 PDT
