Condor Hospitality’s AFFO dropped from $0.34 to $0.28 during Q2 2019 compared to last years same quarter, and Same-Store Occupancy dropped from 84% to 82.64%. One month ago NexPoint Hospitality Trust #NXRT announced the agreement to acquire Condor #CDOR, for approximately US$318 million, which will be satisfied by a combination of cash and debt, with $11.10 per share to be paid to holders of shares of common stocks, representing a premium of approximately 34% over Condor’s unaffected share price of US$8.27 as of July 19, 2019.
