The company was incorporated in 2010 initially under the name of Brazil Agrosec Companhia Securitizadora. In 2016, following the acquisition of the company by the Ourinvest Group, Ourinvest Securitizadora was listed as a publicly-held company with the Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM) in category B, permitting the issuance of Agribusiness Receivables Certificates (CRA) and Certificates of Real Estate Receivables (CRI) from then on. With the retaking of the Ourinvest Group in real estate financial activities, Ourinvest Asset Manager was created in 2017 by means of the amendment of the corporate purpose of Ourinvest Assessoria, a company in the group responsible for financial consultancy, which was incorporated into the Manager.
