Hibernia REIT plc ("Hibernia") is a Dublin-focused Real Estate Investment Trust ("REIT") which owns and develops property. Hibernia was established in late 2013 and now has a portfolio which is valued at €1,309m (as at 31 March 2018), all in Dublin, and primarily in city centre offices. Our strategy is to use our experience and detailed knowledge of the Dublin property market to create superior shareholder returns through income growth and through developing or repositioning buildings at appropriate times in the property cycle.
