SASSEUR REIT is the first outlet mall REIT to be listed in Asia, with an Initial Portfolio comprising four retail outlet malls located in the People's Republic of China ("PRC"), offering investors the opportunity to invest in the country's fast-growing retail outlet mall sector. SASSEUR REIT, publicly listed on the Main Board of Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited on 28 March 2018, is the first outlet mall real estate investment trust ("REIT") to be listed in Asia with an Initial Portfolio located in the PRC.
