We are a real estate investment trust anchored by an industrial portfolio and constituted to acquire, own, develop and manage industrial real estate in Mexico. The properties that form our portfolio consist of attractive warehouses and other light manufacturing properties, with an optimal location, mainly in markets that we believe have solid foundations in the center, Bajio and north of Mexico. Our objective is to provide attractive risk-adjusted returns to our Holders of CBFIs through stable distributions and capital appreciation. We aim to reach this objective through the performance of our portfolio of industrial and complementary properties, our access to a high level of institutional support and to our corporate government, experienced management and well designed corporate structure. We are internally managed by highly qualified specialists in the industry and externally advised by an affiliate of PGIM Real Estate. We have built an internal management team with considerable experience in real estate, a deep knowledge of our portfolio, and solid financial and capital markets acumen. The internal management team's experience is complemented by the supervision, strategic advice and management capabilities of our External Advisor.
