#VICI first Quarter 2020 Financial Results are a high increase in total revenues with $255.0 million for the quarter, an increase of 19.2% compared to $214.0 million for the quarter ended March 31, 2019. And a drop in NAREIT-defined Funds From Operations (“FFO”) attributable to common stockholders was $(24.0) million, or $(0.05) per diluted share, for the quarter compared to $150.8 million, or $0.37 per diluted share, for the quarter ended March 31, 2019. Adjusted Funds From Operations (“AFFO”) attributable to common stockholders was $180.0 million for the quarter, representing an increase of 18.8% compared to AFFO of $151.5 million for the quarter ended March 31, 2019.
