Vornado which I own shares in dropped -7.41% today after their financial report. The company had a big drop in FFO from $1.30 in Q1 2019 to $0.68 in Q1 2020. And AFFO from $0.79 to $0.72 in Q1 2020. Net Income for Q1 2020 was $4,963,000, or $0.03 per diluted share, compared to $181,488,000, or $0.95 per diluted share, for the prior year’s quarter. #VNO stated in their earning report "We have collected substantially all of the rent due for March 2020 and collected 90% of rent due from our office tenants for the month of April 2020 and 53% of the rent due from our retail tenants for the month of April 2020, or 83% in the aggregate.
