Astro Japan Property Group (Astro Group) was a listed property group which invested in the real estate market of Japan. Its portfolio comprised interests in office, retail, residential and hotel properties. Astro Group was a stapled entity comprising Astro Japan Property Trust (ARSN 112 799 854) (AJT) and Astro Japan Property Group Limited (ABN 25 135 381 663) (AJCo). The units in AJT were stapled to the shares in AJCo on a one for one basis and were quoted on the Australian Securities Exchange as a stapled security under the ASX code AJA. The Responsible Entity of AJT was Astro Japan Property Management Limited (ABN 94 111 874 563) (Responsible Entity). The Astro Group was delisted from the ASX on 10 October 2017 following completion of a transaction to sell the Astro Group's property (TK) interests to an entity which is incorporated in Singapore managed by Blackstone Real Estate.
