About Strawberry Fields REIT

We are a self-managed and self-administered Real Estate Investment Trust that specializes in the acquisition, ownership and triple-net leasing of skilled nursing facilities and other post-acute healthcare properties. Our portfolio consists of 115 healthcare facilities with an aggregate of 12,900+ licensed beds. These properties are located across Arkansas, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Ohio, Oklahoma, Tennessee and Texas. Our 115 healthcare facilities consist of the following: 104 Skilled Nursing Facilities; Nine Assisted Living Facilities; and Two Long Term Acute Care Hospitals.
