Extra Space Storage Inc. Announces 1st Quarter 2022 Dividend

SALT LAKE CITY, Feb. 16, 2022 /PRNewswire/ -- Extra Space Storage Inc. (the "Company") (NYSE: EXR) announced today that the Company’s board of directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $1.50 per share on the common stock of the Company for the first quarter 2022. This represents a 20% increase over the previous quarter dividend, and a 50% increase over the first quarter 2021 dividend. The dividend is payable on March 31, 2022 to stockholders of record at the close of business on March 15, 2022.
