We intend to acquire stabilized, Class A multifamily apartment communities, with the objective of providing a stable and secure source of income for our shareholders while maximizing potential returns through capital appreciation.* * There is no guarantee that those objectives will be obtained. The REIT primarily targets properties located in major metropolitan areas with active employment centers and population growth. We intend to acquire properties that were constructed after the year 2000; however, we may invest in older properties as our board of directors deems appropriate. An affiliate of Cottonwood Residential, Inc. will also manage the acquired apartment communities.
