(OTC: DSHK) (the “Company”), a leading owner and operator of golf-related leisure and entertainment businesses, today announced that it will effect a reverse stock split of its common stock at a ratio of one post-split share for every 100 pre-split shares (the “Reverse Stock Split”). The Reverse Stock Split was approved by the Company’s stockholders at a special meeting held on October 30, 2025. No scrip or fractional share certificates will be issued in connection with the Reverse Stock Split. Stockholders of pre-Reverse Stock Split common shares otherwise entitled to a fractional share as a result of the Reverse Stock Split will be rounded up to the next whole number.
