Walls & Futures is an Ethical Housing REIT providing homes for some of the most vulnerable people in society. We strive to make a difference by delivering homes that are adapted to meet the needs of each individual, enabling them to lead more fulfilling lives. Collaborating with our customers and strategic partners we design, fund, build and deliver quality homes throughout the UK. Rather than acquire existing portfolios, we will continue to originate investments, dealing directly with Local Authorities, Housing Associations and Charities enabling us to directly add capacity and ensure the quality of the homes delivered. Walls & Futures REIT plc do not have any involvement with care delivered within the properties, this is managed by care providers approved by local authorities.
