UMH Properties, Inc., (UMH) is the No. 1 performing REIT (real estate investment trust) in the country that owns and operates manufactured home communities. These communities are located in New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Indiana, Michigan and Maryland.
