One of the notes on Senior Housing Properties Trust’s earnings report is "Incentive fees under SNH’s business management agreement with The RMR Group LLC are payable after the end of each calendar year, are calculated based on common share total return, as defined, compared to returns for the SNL U.S. REIT Healthcare Index over the applicable measurement period and are included in general and administrative expense in SNH’s condensed consolidated statements of income (loss)." So based on the performance of #SNH stock, how does that leave incentive fees for management, and how will that reflect in Q4’s Normalized FFO. - Kev B - 2019-11-09 09:11:07 - See full comment
Senior Housing Properties has declining FFO, Adjusted FFO, Occupancy, and dividends, so don’t think this theory holds. I royally lost with my investment on #SNH stocks already so not doing it again. - Mrinvesta - 2019-08-25 15:14:52 - See full comment
